The team will develop a six-session school-based curriculum on Humane Education and Social Emotional Learning (HSE) to develop primary school students’ empathy, respect and kindness. Students can practice and learn emotional and social skills through interactive games and the signature component of this project – reading to the trained dogs. In order to make this project sustainable and benefit as many students and teachers in the future, the team will develop picture books, training materials, and teaching materials so that interested parties can fully make use of them.
