Exchange Programme between the Richmond Fellowship of Hong Kong and the Guangzhou Civil Affairs Bureau Psychiatric Hospital

Funded two occupational therapists from the Richmond Fellowship to train hospital staff in Guangzhou looking after mentally ill patients. The OTs also helped to design better ward routines.
