ELCHK, Tuen Mun Integrated Elderly Service - Ageing Well in Place with Autonomy
Developing a holistic community care practice model to enable the elderly to age well at home, support the disabled and promote a caring culture in the community. The project consists of stair climbing service, healthy lifestyle encouragement training, meal delivery and escort service.

開發全面社區照顧實務模式, 藉此幫助長者居家安老,支援行動不便人士及推動社區關愛文化.計劃包括樓梯機服務 、人本自立居家生活指導訓練、急凍餐及送飯及 外出陪伴服務。
